I had a package sent from china release @ 08:24am from USSFOA how long will it take to get to me in LAS Vegas?

This package was mail out from China 7-23-09 and arrived in United States USSFOA at 06:00am on 07/27/09 and released from USSFOA at 08:24am how long will it take to travel to Las Vegas, NV will it come the same day? This is not my first time ordering from EMS and it haven’t taken this long before.
